1.1 The establishment of this Committee is mentioned in Article 56 of the Municipalities' Law 111/85.
1.2 The Committee is been presided by the Mayor and two more members of the Municipal Council participate in it.
1.3 The Committee may employ under the current stab wages any workers required for the service of the Municipality and execution of any work, for which there is provision in the current budget approved by the Municipal Council.
