1.1 The Social Concern Committee is been presided by a member of the Administrative Committee and three more members of the Municipal Council participate in it.
1.2 Representatives of all organised groups of the Municipality may participate in it, according to the Committee's opinion.
1.3 Committee deals with all matters concerning the Municipality's Children Camps at Agridia.
1.4 The Committee further deals with the following subjects:

With the financial aid offer approved by the Municipal Council for poor families of the Municipality, disadvantaged persons, families with many children and missing persons' children. |

With fund-raising from various organisations, aiming to give them to truly poor families of the Municipality. |

With the hosting of the annual pensioners' excursion, in co-operation with Latsia Co-Op Credit Bank. |

With the organisation and operation of Day Care Centres for Elderly people, as well as programmes for domiciliary care of the elderly. |

Generally, with other problems of social care of our citizens. |
