3.1 This Committee is been presided by a member of the Administrative Committee and five other members of the Municipal Council participate in it.
3.2 Representatives of all associations of the Elementary Schools, the Junior High School and generally all organised groups may also participate in it, according to the Committee's opinion.
3.3 The Committee deals with all cultural subjects that are referred to it by the Council or the Mayor and in priority with the following:

Hosting of events, in co-operation with the schools of the Municipality e.g. contest for the best composition about t he upgrade of cultural movement, suggestions to improve life quality in the Municipality. |

Hosting theatrical performances - hosting theatrical performances for children. |
| 3.3.5 |
Hosting of concerts with Cypriots and especially young musicians. |
| 3.3.6 |
Hosting anti-occupational concerts, memorials for the dead during the War, torch races, literary memorials etc. |
| 3.3.7 |
“Karagiozis” (Buffoon-like clown) performances for children, either at schools or other places. |
| 3.3.8 |
Hosting of cinema shows as part of a Cinema Week. |
| 3.3.9 |
Celebration of National Anniversaries, such as the parade of March 25th / April 1st, the anniversary of October 28th and October 1st etc. |

Other anniversary events, like Letters' Day, Mother's Day, World Day against Drugs etc. |

Annual Cultural Festival. |

Folkloric and Easter Events, continuing and strengthening the established paschal events. |
