1.1 The Technical Committee is been presided by a member of the Administrative Committee and four other members of the Municipal Council participate in it.
1.2 This Committee considers matters of technical scope that have to do:

With applications for building licenses, |

With applications for demarcations, |
| 1.2.3 |
With technical projects (improvement, dikes and road constructions), |
| 1.2.4 |
With expropriations in relation to technical works, |
| 1.2.5 |
With other constructions of technical projects, |
| 1.2.6 |
With Local Nicosia Plan affairs, |
| 1.2.7 |
With the enforcement of Article 17 of the Streets & Constructions' Law Ch. 96. |
