Latsia is served by an excellent road network; all major arterial roads leading to Nicosia pass through the Municipality, a factor that provides easy access not only to Nicosia, but also to Larnaca, Troodos and Limassol. First power-supplied in 1960, Latsia currently has over 470 roads and avenues. The Municipality is served by Nicosia Urban Buses Company (lines 55 and 58), while most telephones in the area are numbered as (00357-)22-48xxxx and (00357-)22-57xxxx. Mobile phone reception in Latsia, as well as in the rest of Nicosia, is excellent. There is also a CYTA sub-station. A 66/132 KV EAC Power Line passes through to the south of the Municipality.
Latsia has its own Government Post Office, serving both Latsia and Yeri, a nearby environ.
